As a large portion of our work is carried out upon and around commercial and industrial sites, Redshaw are proactive when it comes to Environmental, Health and Safety, (EH&S) and work on a continuous improvement mentality.
We take it upon ourselves to provide up to date, comprehensive EH&S policies to ensure companies and principle contractors that we are doing everything in our power to promote an accident free work place. This will also give piece of mind to those of you inviting us into your home for residential jobs.
Redshaw are fully licensed and insured in all aspects of the work we undertake. Documentation of these licenses and insurance can be provided upon request.
We have certified first aid staff members on hand who are trained in risk management and emergency scenario drills. Not only does this keep Redshaw staff safe, but it also helps us protect and treat other contractors around us.
All Redshaw staff are internally inducted prior to commencing any work under the company banner. This ensures staff not only understand our strict EH&S expectations, but also understand the quality of professionalism and pride we expect to be delivered on all projects - big and small.
Redshaw staff are trained in Redshaw SWMS and JHA procedures. Depending upon the job at hand a SWMS, JHA, or in some circumstances both, are prepared prior to commencement of work. This ensures a safe and practical work place for everyone on site. Redshaw SWMS and JHA templates may be provided upon request.
At Redshaw we believe we go above and beyond with our EH&S policies and procedures. However, we do understand that some organisations may require documentation and compliance requirements that our outside of our regular routine. If this is the case, our senior staff and project management team will be able to work with you to conform and produce any additional documentation required to meet your particular specifications.
